The following guide to our prices for additional/replacement keys is based on both our UK and European standard price lists. If you are an existing customer who receives discounted rates, your pricing may differ from those shown here.
Key orders have a minimum order value of £45, excluding carriage and VAT in the UK. Customers in Europe will be subject to a minimum order value of €50, excluding carriage and VAT, when ordering keys. These minimum order values are in place to cover the additional order processing, invoicing and administration costs.

Payment
Customers who have an account with us will be invoiced in the normal way. Customers who do not yet have an account will be required to pre-pay for the keys via a proforma invoice. We will email a copy of this to you with a secure, WorldPay link that will allow you to pay via debit/credit card. Please note that the keys will not be cut until we have received payment for the proforma invoice.
